General Requirements

• 1st Line telephonic and remote support for user queries - primarily functional - software navigation
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Self managing and responsible
• Financial planning understanding essential
• Admin skills (Microsoft, Outlook, Excel etc) with ability to multitask
• Financial product knowledge (RA’s, Investments, Risk)

Specific Requirements

• Understanding the Financial Services environment, Life Insurance and Investments.
• RFP and or AFP qualifications would be advantageous
• Be able to understand the financial planning needs of the Brokers through to their client
• Functional knowledge of Client Relationship Software would be an advantage.
• Research and feedback to clients on specific queries - i.e. Taxation, Rates of return, FNA’s.
• Knowledge and interpretation of Astute information.
  

Spotlight is offering a permanent position as Infrastructure Technician in Durban (HO). Primary Day-to-day duties will include supporting internal users (HO and remote branches).

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Client Operating systems and Microsoft Office.
•  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environments. 
• Strong knowledge in configuring/Trouble-shooting TCP/IP networks.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) qualification would be advantageous.
