Client Focus is a comprehensive Fact Find and Client Relationship Module (CRM). It is an easy to use data collection model that is flexible and powerful.

Client Focus facilitates the capture of relevant financial and risk-related information required for the preparation of financial plans, as well as data for the ongoing management of client expectations.

Client Focus includes:

  • Key Details: Personal information including relevant contact details
  • Service: Other professional advisers and other data required to effectively service clients
  • Risk Management: Insurance requirements and currently held policies
  • Analysis: Cashflow analysis and personal balance sheets
  • Administration: File notes and outstanding tasks for the client.

Key Features of Client Focus

Client List Client Focus presents an easy to use client list for advisers to manage their client database. It presents key contact details and allows users to quickly filter clients belonging to certain advisers, categories, or entity types such as individuals or companies.
Client Search The powerful Client Focus search engine allows advisers to search the database for those clients meeting their own specialised criteria. Any Client Focus field can be included in a search.
Client Workflow Management Incorporating the Xplan Task Management component allows advisers and support staff to stay on top of all client-related scheduled tasks. Key features of this component include:

  • efficient monitoring of tasks assigned by you and those assigned to you
  • management of client related tasks and issues organisation-wide
  • customisable task threads to automate task generation.
Microsoft® Office Integration Xplan is integrated with Microsoft Word at a number of levels to provide efficiency around the financial planning office:

  • MS Word integration allows the adoption of standard reporting mechanisms to streamline the process of plan preparation, seminar invitations, and mail outs.
  • Data from Xplan modules (including graphical results) can be transferred to Word electronically with preferred formatting applied.
  • Planned MS Powerpoint integration will facilitate the efficient preparation of discussion slides dealing with aspects of financial plans and reviews.
Audit Trails Every change made to client data is recorded, along with the user that made the change and the date and time. This permanent record acts as a comprehensive audit trail for compliance purposes.
Online Component Client Focus is available as an online component. This allows you to securely publish selected client data for clients to view and edit at their convenience on your website. Subject to their read/write permissions, this allows clients to view, modify and add contact details as required. As the adviser, you are always aware what and when data is changed.
