Personalised Implementation
Account Executive’s manage and deliver personalised implementation, training and workshops relevant to your business and the market needs. They assist your business in implementing the software in a structured way. Beginning with an initial assessment or ‘Business Needs Analysis’ they work together with key individuals in your business to prepare a project plan for implementation that focuses on each individual business’s needs. Management and staff (who are responsible for maintaining and administering the software) are guided and coached in the implementation process. The number of hours per annum required for this process will be defined, taking into consideration the business goals and financial constraints. Progress is monitored and reported on, on a regular basis, defined by the initial project plan, with critical milestones as controls, thus ensuring implementation and business goals are met.
Compliance Manager
Software focused at the person responsible for managing the business compliance risk.
Modules consist of:
- Audit Log: An integrated audit tool that forms part of the software that enable the compliance officer to audit critical changes in client information initiated by each user in the business.
- ROA: This is a record of the advice given and not a record of the sale made.
- Automated Workflows: A risk management tool that enables the business to define and embed standard operating procedures into the software that drives processes that are critical to compliance with legal responsibilities.
- Implementation Workshops: Implementing the risk management tool into the business entails understanding where the risks lie and what needs to be controlled and monitored. This process is complex and entails a good understanding of process and the business as a whole.
Implementing this type of risk management tool requires the business to be mature in the usage of the system and all users to be skilled in the entire system. Before taking on this module, one of our professional Account Executives will analyse the business to ensure that the business is ready for this sophisticated module. If the business is not yet ready, from a skills point of view, but there is a strong desire and equivalent buy-in, the Account Executive will assist the business in embarking on a path to ensure the achievement of their individual goals.

Remedial workshops are also offered to address shortfalls and deviations in your business thus maximising usage and correctness of the software to its full potential.

Our Account Executive’s objective is to build a strong service focused relationship with each client, understanding client needs and working towards continual alignment of our product & service that meet and support the business in achieving its business objectives.
