Spotlight Workshops
Free product specific workshops focused on small areas of the software are delivered in short 2 hour sessions. Version release workshops assist you in implementing our systems into your business. While remedial workshops provide opportunity for existing users to update their skills.
These workshops also assist the IFA in automating a business process that ensures efficiencies and effective execution of standard operating procedures that support business goals.

This workshop is a 'show and tell' session and computers will not be used during the presentation. You are more than welcome to stay after the session if you would like to use a p.c. and go over the changes or tools that have been demonstrated to you.

The objective of this 1 1/2 hour workshop is to facilitate a friendly environment where users are taken through the basics of setting up and implementing a communication strategy within the Spotlight CRM.
The workshop will explore in more detail all the communication tools within the CRM with a strong focus on the Activity component. This workshop will also focus on helping you to define and document your standard operating procedures with regard to communications.
This workshop is a 'show and tell' session and computers will not be used during the presentation. You are more than welcome to stay after the session if you would like to use a p.c. and go over the changes or tools that have been demonstrated to you.

These workshops will explore the very basics of Customer Relationship Management. This will assist you in using the software so that you are more proficient in your day-to-day office tasks, interaction and communication with your clients.
This is an interactive session where we will guide and assist you through the software on how to create templates and do searches on your database. |
